Very original 1947 Buick Super Convertible. Believed to have been purchased in San Francisco and has remained in the Bay Area for it's entire existence. Still retains it's yellow plates. Originally a Carlsbad Black exterior with a Tan Bedford cord and red leather interior. Looks to be one respary in it's current color and the top and seats appear to have been reupholstered as well. Otherwise everything else appears to be original as it left the factory in 1947. Very straight and solid. Some pitting on original chrome. Paint is approx. 25 years old and is showing it's age with some cracks and chips. Engine runs strong and is quiet and transmision shifts effortlessly. Power windows. Power seat. Power top. All guages work properly and even the AM radio is functioning. Most of the glass appears original and still retains the date stamp of 1947 on them. No rust or rust issues as the car has been garaged since new. This classic is waiting to be enjoyed.
